The traditional Rosh HaShana holiday includes some traditional & symbolic foods such as:
The Pomegranate  , The Fish  - including the blessing “May we be heads, not tails” — meaning may we be leaders rather than followers (leading with purpose and vision, in our community, personal lives etc.)
The Apple dipped in honey symbolic of sweet new year and red wine & grapes .

Ashkenaz jews from Eastern-Europe usually make an appetizer fish-dish known as 'Gefilte Fish', garnished with a slices of carrot! Can you find it in the Apple card?? :)
